Description

Now I will measure out how long I want my skirt! Here I used 16.5 inches! IF you look carefully you can see the yellow markings I made with my yellow pencil...yeah...I know >.>...  lol so now you will measure how long you want the skirt part to be and then take your measuring tape and measure that length and make dots then connect the dots!!
